• To personalise AI-generated outputs using your business profile data.

• To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, credit alerts).

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
• AI providers: prompts sent to Google Gemini for tool execution. We do not include personally identifiable information in prompts beyond business context you have explicitly provided.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@torvik.app.
