Terms of Service

By accessing or using Torvik ("Service") operated by Torvik ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Torvik is an AI-powered toolkit for e-commerce sellers. The Service provides tools including competitor analysis, product description generation, SEO keyword research, calculators, and analytics — all operating under a credit-based usage model.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each workspace (organization) has its own credit balance, members, and data.
• You may belong to multiple workspaces. Credits are not shared across workspaces.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@torvik.app.

• New workspaces receive a 7-day Pro trial. No credit card required to start.
• After the trial expires, the workspace will be downgraded and access to paid features will be restricted.
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.
• Plan credits reset on each billing anniversary date. Unused plan credits do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs are non-expiring and are consumed only after plan credits are exhausted.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

• Each AI tool run deducts a specified number of credits from the workspace balance.
• Credits are deducted upon successful completion of a tool run.
• Credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion in the case of service errors.
• We reserve the right to modify credit costs for tools with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of the Service (e.g. automated scraping, reselling outputs) may result in account suspension without refund.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the underlying AI models.
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or deceptive.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

• AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI-generated content.
• We do not warrant that competitor data, keyword suggestions, or other AI outputs reflect real market conditions.
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Torvik and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data and content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to use your input data solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use, subject to the restrictions in these terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torvik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
